So today I’ve been working on a grocery list for the week, and trying to come up with healthy and tasty dinners. So far I’ve got black beans and yellow rice, and chicken fajitas, without all the sour cream and cheese, etc.
For breakfast I am gonna stick to Honey Bunches of Oats cereal or whole wheat english muffins.
For lunch I am going to eat Progresso soup or turkey sandwich on sourdough.
I am eating Christmas cookies today, as I know I can’t eat them tomorrow, and I am going to hit the gym tonight for 30 minutes of cardio.
This week some time I am going to go through my closet and pull out some things that I am looking forward to fitting into sometime soon.
