Back on Track
After a whirlwind weekend of eating whatever I wanted, including fast food, I am back on track today.
Whole wheat toast with strawberry preserves for breakfast, I have a Healthy Choice for lunch, and lean pork chops and veggies for dinner.
Today is grocery store day, and I will be filling my fridge with more delicious and healthy choices.
I hate naturally skinny people.

Found the answer to the stress issue (-:
Stress A lecturer when explaining stress management to an audience, Raised a glass of water and asked “How heavy is this glass of water?” Answers called out ranged from 20g to 500g. The lecturer replied, “The absolute weight doesn’t matter. It depends on how long you try to hold it. If I hold it for a minute, that’s not a problem. If I hold it for an hour,...

I am way behind in my postings, so let me fill you in on what I have been doing. On Saturday Jason , Brittney and I went to Sand Key and walked up one side of the bridge and ran back over the other side. You really begin so see how fat and out of shape you are when trying to run a slight incline!! The following day I went running with Brittney for 1 mile (she rode her bike), and then went walking...

I am still stuck @ 3.5 lbs weight loss, which is a great start, but I am eager for more pounds to drop off. I have only been to the gym twice since Wednesday, so I will step it up and go tonight.
I have been having trouble sleeping lately. I guess it is my body changing.
I also have noticed hunger everyday. I was never hungry before because I ate so much crap that my body never got to that...

The start of a new year!!
Okay ladies~
I officially weighed myself yesterday (you don’t want to know what the number read on the scale). I have come to terms that only me, myself and I can change my eating habits, so I have made a commitment to eat healthy and loose this weight not only for myself, but for Brittney and Jason too. I want Brittney to know that exercise and eating healthy is very important! My goal...
WOO-HOO
I’ve lost 2.5 pounds! Everyone has been giving me a hard time for starting my weight loss program before the New Year, but I’ve managed to lose some pounds anyway, even with eating my mom’s very caloric, very yummy, New Year dinner and cheesecake dessert last night.

So today I’ve been working on a grocery list for the week, and trying to come up with healthy and tasty dinners. So far I’ve got black beans and yellow rice, and chicken fajitas, without all the sour cream and cheese, etc.
For breakfast I am gonna stick to Honey Bunches of Oats cereal or whole wheat english muffins.
For lunch I am going to eat Progresso soup or turkey sandwich on...
